Is there a cancellation fee?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
This policy helps us accommodate other customers needing assistance.
How long does it take for a mechanic to arrive?
Our mechanics typically arrive within 60-90 minutes of your confirmed appointment time. Arrival times may vary depending on traffic, location, and service type. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Yes, we stand behind our work! All services include a 30-day workmanship guarantee. If you experience any issues related to the service provided, we’ll come back to make it right.
